:PTRansition <NRf>|<non-decimal numeric>
This command is used to set the positive transition register of the SCPI register set
you require to control. The first 15 bits of the input parameter are written into the
positive transition register of the SCPI register set concerned. The last bit (bit 15)
is always set to 0.

The query returns a 15-bit decimal-weighted number representing the contents of
the positive transition register of the SCPI register set being queried. The format of
the return is <NR1> in the range of 0 to 32767 (2
