The query returns a 15-bit decimal-weighted number representing the contents of
the enable register of the SCPI register set being queried. The format of the return
is <NR1> in the range of 0 to 32767 (2

:NTRansition <NRf>|<non-decimal numeric>
This command sets the negative transition register of the SCPI register set you
require to control. The parameter value, when rounded to an integer and
expressed in base 2, has its first 15 bits written into the negative transition register
of the SCPI register set concerned. The last bit (bit 15) is always set to 0.
