automationafterrecording.
Auto Input
Thisparametercontrolsmonitoringduringrecording.
Itautomaticallyswitchesallrecord‐enabledtracks
betweenmonitoringtherecordinputandthetrack
playback,accordingtowhetherornotrecordingis
active.
Thisletsyoulistentoaudioyou’vealreadyrecorded
whenpunchingin,andalsomeansthatyoudon’thave
todisable
trackrecord‐enablesinordertolistento
playback.
Thisappliesonlytorecord‐enabledtracks.IfMulti
RECisoff,thisistheRECTrack(asselectedinthe
TrackSelectmenu).IfMultiRECison,thismeansto
alltrackswhosePlay/Rec/MutebuttonissettoRec.
Normally,
AutoInputshouldbeenabled(checked).
Whenenabled,recordenabledtrackswillbe
monitoredasfollows:
•Whenstopped,themonitorcarriestheinputsignal.
•Whenplayingbutnotrecording,themonitor
carriesthetrackplayback.
•Whenrecording,themonitorcarriestheinput
signal.
Foraudiotrackswhicharenotrecord‐enabled,you’ll
always
bemonitoringthetrackplayback.

AudioTrack.Whenusingmulti‐trackrecording,press
theSEQUENCERREC/WRITEswitchtoenterrecord‐
standbymode,andthelevelmeterwill
showthe
recordinglevel.
