Adjusts the scan image margins.
Purpose
Make the adjustment if margins are incorrect
* :If the leading edge margin is less than the specified value, it may cause jam at the fuser.
* :If there is no bottom margin, when continuously printing, it may cause an image smudge on
the second page.
Adjustment
1.Press the [Start] key.
2.Press the [System Menu] key.
3.Press the [Start] key to output a test pattern.
4.Press the [System Menu] key.
5.Select the item to set.
*: Initial setting value is a reference value as the value changes by the adjustment at the production.
6.Change the setting value by using [+] [-] key or the numeric keypad.
* :When the setting value is increased, the margin widens, and it narrows when the setting
value is decreased.

7.Press the [Start] key to set the setting value.
Precautions
Appropriate margins are not obtained after this adjustment, execute the following maintenance
mode.

Press the [Stop] key.
