4. Install six M8 x 20 hex flange bolts to the fan pulley
and tighten to the standard torque value (General
Torque Guidelines, page445).

1. Install bracket assembly and four M8 X30 hex
flange bolts . Torque bolts to the standard torque
value (General Torque Guidelines, page445).
2. Slide fan pulley onto bracket with clutch mounting
flange facing front.
3. Install bearing nut, making sure bearing nut
shoulder relief is facing towards engine.
4. Tighten bearing retainer nut to the special torque
(Table 20).
