1. Use the fuel injector remover tool (#40 Torx®)
(Table 48) to extract the injector clamp and
injector.

fuel injectors with parts solvents or chemicals.
CAUTION: To prevent engine damage, put
hydraulically actuated fuel injectors in an oil
lled closeable plastic container; this prevents
contamination or oxidation damage.
