9.5.2.9 ipv6 rip timer
The user can go to the CLI Global Configuration Mode to set ipv6 rip timer, use the ipv6 rip timer
{update|garbage|info} <5-2147483647> global configuration command. Use the no ipv6 rip timer
{update|garbage|info} return to the default value.
Syntax
ipv6 rip timer {update|garbage|info} <5-2147483647>
no ipv6 rip timer {update|garbage|info}
update - This command sets to the RIPng update time.
garbage - This command sets to the RIPng garbage time.
info - This command sets to the RIPng info time.
no - This command sets the RIPng timer to default value.
Default Setting
update - the default value is 30 (seconds)
garbage - the default value is 120 (seconds)
info - the default value is 180 (seconds)
