8.3.2 Paper Feed
The by-pass feed table uses an FRR feed system. The feed and separation
rollers are always in contact. They are driven by the main motor via the
by-pass feed clutch [A].
8.3.3 Paper End Detection
If paper is loaded in the paper tray, the paper end feeler [A] is raised by the
paper stack and the paper end sensor [B] is deactuated. When the paper
tray runs out of paper, the paper end feeler drops into the cutout in the tray
bottom plate and the paper end sensor is actuated.
