MMC: 748 ASSIGN VM MOH
DESCRIPTION:
This MMC is used to assign an embedded SVM port as a Music On Hold (MOH)
source for the OfficeServ 7100.
There are 100 available sound files available, and are designated in the voicemail as
prompt numbers 5000 to 5099. These prompts do contain default music, but you
can re-record them as desired. Once a port has been set as an MOH source in this
MMC it will be immediately available in other MMCs as an MOH source.
NOTE: Embedded SVM ports can be used for voicemail or MOH, not both. Ports
designated as MOH devices will be unusable for normal voicemail call
processing.
PROGRAM KEYS
UP & DOWN Used to scroll through options
KEYPAD Used to enter selections
SPEAKER Used to store data and advance to next MMC
HOLD Used to delete an entry
ACTION DISPLAY
1. Press TRANSFER 748.
Display shows.

2. Press UP or DOWN to select SVM port.

3. Move cursor to next field. Press UP or
DOWN to select sound file.
SET VMMOH
215: 25
4. Press TRANSFER button to store and exit
OR
Press SPEAKER button to store and
advance to next MMC.
