specification. IN VOICE will send DTMF as
audio packets in the data stream. OUTBAND
will send DTMF as information packets outside
the audio path.
MPS SERVICE
This setting determines whether the MPS
Service is enabled or disabled. The MPS
Service allows communications between IP
devices and IP trunks to be made without the
need for an MGI channel. The OfficeServ 7100
supports 8 MPS channels, allowing up to 8
simultaneous IP conversation without the use
of an MGI.
NO MPS-> MGI
This setting determines how the system will
deal with call attempts when there are no
available MPS channels. The default setting of
ON will allow the system to use an MGI
channel if no MPS channels are available. A
setting of OFF will cause the system to give a
BUSY error when all MPS channels are in use.
PROGRAM KEYS
VOLUME UP & DOWN Used to scroll through options
KEYPAD Used to enter selections
LEFT & RIGHT SOFT KEYS Used to move cursor left and right
SPEAKER Used to store data and advance to next MMC
HOLD Used to clear the current data field
ACTION DISPLAY
1. Press TRANSFER 861.
Display shows.

2. Dial option number from above list (0–3)
OR
Press UP or DOWN key to select option and
press RIGHT soft key to move cursor.
