23. IBP Monitoring (Option)
Description of warning and caution
WARNING: Use only the authorized IBP kit from the manufacture. The incorrect or wrong
result may happen with other bands.
WARNING: Keep it well after use because the damages of the patient or the monitor may
occur.
WARNING: Possible to apply to the pediatric. It may have slight difference in correctness
comparing with the adult.
WARNING: Do Zeroing function for the correctness when the user starts initially.
WARNING: Do not use the disposable transducer repeatedly.
CAUTION: Use the transducer only from the manufacturer.
CAUTION: Each IBP operates independently. Please set the environment set independently
accordingly.
CAUTION: Check the bubble and particulate matter when the fast flush is to be operated.
To avoid nucleus embolism, the short flush within 2cc is proper for the big volume flush by
force.
CAUTION: Input line blood pressure over 300mmHg cause the liquid injection of more 3cc
per hour. Flush system has the protection function against the over press. The function
protects the over pressure phenomenon.
CAUTION: Close always the stop cock of the outlet and changer before connecting the door
lock plug.
CAUTION: The twist of high pressure wave form or aeremia may occur if the air bubble is
inside of the system.
CAUTION: Not to flush again the air bubble of 3 ways outlet stop cock or cannula into patient
body. Check whether the monitoring line is fully filled with liquid before connecting
monitoring line. And let the small volume of blood to flow through cannula
During the operation of Electronic Surgical Unit, the user can operates only
with the transducers which are certified with the guarantee of protection.
The measured value may not be correct when the defibrillation is moved.
The measured value shall be normalized when the normal status keeps
consistently.
