Description of warning and caution
WARNING: Use the authorized SpO2 from the manufacturer. The quality cannot be
guaranteed when the user use the other brand.
WARNING: If the senor is too tightened with fixing tape (wrong case), the patient may have
the damage on the skin.
WARNING: Do not use the sensor near the arterial catheter and intravenous injectors.
WARNING: Do not use the damaged SpO2 sensor and optical instruments.
WARNING: Do not put the patient monitor in to liquids including water. Do not clear the
patient monitor with water.
WARNING: Do not sterilize the patient monitor with ultraviolet rays , direct sun lights, steam
and hydrogen peroxide.
WARNING: Do not use the SpO2 sensor if the patient has the allergy with SpO2 Sensor.
WARNING: Do not use SpO2 sensor during MRI Operation because of the danger of burning
the SpO2.
WARNING: Remove SpO2 sensor immediately when the patient feels any inconvenience.
WARNING: The measuring value may be incorrect if the patient moves during the measuring
process or because of the artificial shadow. The cases usually happen when the user measures
the pediatric or infant.
WARNING: Do not use the damaged probe.
WARNING: Change the location of probe if the monitoring needs for long time. Check the
SpO2 attached part of the patient every 4 hours. (every 2 hours: SpO2 sensor for Adult
Reusable. Check the SpO2 sensor every 2hours when use it with Pediatric. Incorrect value or
skin damage or gangrene phenomenon by pressure may happen. Callus and manicure may
infect the correct SpO2 measurement. Please be careful when using with the patient with low
blood flow. Check every 2 hour when the patient has low blood flow.
