I. This product has been produced through the strict quality check and test.
II. Terms and conditions of repairing and exchanging products you purchase are in
accordance with the policy of the Economic planning Board (E.P.O) in Korea.
III. The warrants to the purchaser that VM15 will be free from defects in material and/or
workmanship for one year from the date of delivery but In case of consumable items
(ex: LCD, battery, printer, NIBP valve, air pump etc.) and accessories will be free from
defects in material and /or workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchasing
or the date of first operation. (This warranty is not including disposable item. Also,
LCD Three or fewer dot defect allowed)
IV. During the warranty, if any false operation occurs in our products under the normal
circumstances, Our Customer Service Dept. will repair them free of charge
V. However, the after-sales service fees are charged
① Defects due to fire, earthquake, lightening
② Defects due to inappropriate installation or movement of products or the faults
of users
③ Defects due to Unauthorized repairmen or opening products except VOTEM
personnel.
VI. Checkpoints before calling customer service
① When a defects occurs, stop using the products immediately and read the user’
s manual thoroughly.
② When asking repairing, please contact our customer service, knowing product
model number, serial number, the date of purchase, the problems.
③ Repair request through delivery, repackaging the same as the original packing
or equivalent packaging in the correct state, please.
