Preparing Machine
16. Remove hose shield on right side of hopper.
17. Disconnect and cap the dump hopper vibrator return
hose (12) at side of hopper.
18. Remove nine fasteners (13) per side to separate
dump hopper bottom assembly (14) from hopper side
plates (15).
Remove fastener (16) on each side last. Do not reach
under hopper bottom skid shoes when removing
fasteners.
19. Start engine and raise dump hopper elevator to
separate dump hopper bottom (17) from sides (18).
