Using Waveform Parameters for Determination (Measure)
Press to set which parameter to use for determination.
Switches the item that the jog shuttle adjusts (between Upper and Lower).
Set the upper and lower limits of the determination range.
Select the item to perform statistical analysis on (Max, Min, Mean,

* Only when the waveform mode is Cycle Statistics
Selecting Which Parameter to Use for Determination (Item)
Press the Item soft key to display the following menu.
When Mode in the MEASURE Menu Is Set to Basic, Continuous Statistics, or History
Statistics
Select the item to use for determination
(Area1, Area2, Calc).*
Set the source waveform
(CH1-CH4, M1-M4, LOGIC).
* When the waveform mode is Cycle Statistics, this becomes the Select soft key (Basic/Calc).
Select the check box of the item
you want to use for determination.
