602, 603 No SCSI device or no storage media inserted. Check the SCSI device connection, SCSI ID number, 12.3, 12.4
and the presence of a storage medium.
604 Storage media failure. Check the storage medium. –
605 File not found. Check the file name and storage medium Chapter 12
606 Storage media is protected. Turn OFF the write-protect switch on the storage –
medium.
607 Storage media failure. Check the storage medium. –
608-610 Invalid file name or SCSI ID. Check the file name or SCSI ID number. 12.4,
12.6 to 12.10
611, 612 Storage media full. Delete unneeded files or use another storage medium. 12.6,
12.14
613 Cannot delete a directory if there are files in Delete all the files in the directory to be deleted. 12.14

665 Cannot load this file format. Files saved on other models (such as YOKOGAWA –
DL/AG Series) cannot be loaded.
666 File is now being accessed. Wait a moment. Execute after the access is finished. –
