D ± data UNIT Source setting is different depending of the UNIT
used.
With UNIT:
Automatically sets the optimal range.
Available units; mV, V, µA, mA, A
Without UNIT:
Set the current source function and
range.
If specifying a unit that is different from the cur-
rent source function, the limiter value will be set
as shown below.
+data is High limiter value.
-data is Low limiter value.
D? Response: D ± <data1>UNIT,D <data2>UNIT
data1: Voltage or current source value
<d.ddddE ± d>
*1
data2: Voltage or current-limiter value
(The polarity is space)
 <0d.dddE ± d>
*1
UNIT: V or A
*9: Results in an error in the 6241A.
Note:
If the absolute values of High and Low limits are dif-
ferent, the response becomes D± d.ddddE ± dUNIT,
D09.999E + 9 UNIT.
