2.2.7 Sweep Measurement
This section describes the process which reads out the measurement data from memory by using the sweep
source mode.
Using voltage source current measurement (VSIM), the 6241A/6242 linear-sweeps from 0.5 to 5 V in 0.5
V steps as shown in Figure 2-17 below.
