The measurement data and the measurement data memory (RECALL) is read out in the following format.
H: Header (Main header characters + Sub header of 1 character)
D: Mantissa part (polarity + 6 digit decimal figures)
E: Exponent part (E + polarity + 2 digit figures)
S: String delimiter
B: Block delimiter
