Discharge test: As shown in Figure 3-2, discharge with a 500 mA constant current, pulse width 20 ms, and
a 1 second period. Finish the discharge when the voltage reaches 1.0 V.
Store the battery voltage in the memory to display it after completing the test.
However, the data stored in memory is only up to 8000 seconds from starting the discharge
due to the limitation of memory capacity.
