3.1 Measurement of Diode

Connecting the DUT
1. Connect the diode as shown in Figure 3-1.
A two-wire connection is used in this measurement example.

2. Set the VF measurement conditions parameter.
3. Short-circuit the HI OUTPUT cable (red) and LO OUTPUT cable (black) to
obtain the NULL value.
4. Turn Operate ON.
5. Press NULL.
6. Select the Standby or Suspend mode.
7. Connect anode of the diode to HI OUTPUT cable (red) and cathode to LO OUT-
PUT cable (black).
8. Turn Operate ON.
The VF measurement result is displayed.
