1. Source Value: Displays voltage source (VS) or current source (IS) value with a
unit.
2. Measurement Value: In Operation:
Displays measurement value.
In Standby and Suspend:
Displays the suspend voltage. Displays the output impedance
in Suspend status.
HZ: High impedance status
LZ: Low impedance status
