8 256 Reserved for future use. This bit is always 0.
7 128 Reserved for future use. This bit is always 0.
6 64 Reserved for future use. This bit is always 0.
5 32 Reserved for future use. This bit is always 0.
4 16 MS reject order received This bit is a 1 if the Service Option or Radio
Configuration change was rejected by the MS while
connected.
3 8 Carrier not detected on new
channel
This bit is a 1 when no power is detected by the test
set after a handoff or when making a call.
2 4 Handoff completion not received This bit is a 1 if the test set does not receive a
handoff completion message from the MS.
1 2 Release order not received This bit is a 1 if the MS does not send the call release
to the test set.
0 1 Extension Bit This bit is always 0.
