The logout service is only necessary when Authority Check is enabled and another user
wishes to login either from the front panel or through the web services again.
The act of logging out of the system creates an event that is stored in the Event History.

This service request satisfies the need to get weld results on a regular basis at the end of
every weld. Typically, monitoring the 2000Xc Ready signal should trigger a request to get
the most recent weld result using this service.
