Figure 3-25 shows the Program Wizard Sampler Options tab page
with the Concentrate function selected.
NOTE Be sure to select syringe speeds that will keep the
backpressure below 690 kPa (100 psi), taking into
account the pressure from the tubing and the
concentrator column. See Section 3.8
for details.
6. In the Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress sequence (see Figure 3-19)
or in the front panel schedule (see Section D.3
), enter an injection
volume equal to the amount of sample to be loaded onto the
concentrator.
