Although you can access to the
pulley in the motor end in this
condition, you will not be able to take
the belt off the pulley on the ball
screw end.

Take off the screw cover bracket
(only on front side).
Remove the two screws on the top.
[Tool: Hexagon wrench]
[X-axis Step (9)]
After removing the screws, pull the
bracket to the front direction.
