OPERATION
Driving in Reverse
WARNING
Back up slowly. Steering is opposite to normal when reversing. Hold steering wheel at the bottom and
turn wheel in direction you want the rear of the machine to travel.
1. Set g round speed range switch (A) to 1 (eld speed).
2. Move throttle lever (B) to a m id-range position.
NOTE:
Reversing in eld speed range and at reduced
engine speed is recommended since steering will
be less sensitive than at higher speed settings.
CAUTION
Check again to be sure all bystanders have cleared
the area.
3. Move the ground speed lever (GSL) rearward to
desired speed.

CAUTION
Be sure area is clear before making turns. Although windrower pivots on the spot, the ends of the header
travel faster and in a large arc.
