OPERATION
Checking Self-Locking Center-Link Hook
Periodically check the operation of the hook locking mechanism and ensure that it is working properly as follows:
1. If header is attached to windrower, disconnect
center-link hook from header by pulling up o n
handle (A) to release the locking device and then lifting
the hook off the header pin.

2. Lower the handle (A) into the LOCK position.
3. Push up on lock pin (B) only. Handle should catch on
casting and pin should NOT lift.

C - Actuator Rod
4. Push up on actuator rod (C) and lock pin should lift with
the handle.
