Introduction
This manual contains information on the MacDon M105 Self-Propelled Windrower, which is designed to cut and lay
in windrows a wide variet y of grain, hay, and spec ialt y cro ps. W indrowing allows starting the harvest earlier, protects
the crop from wind damage, and gives you more exib ility in sched uling combine time.
The power unit (referred to in this manual as the “windrower”), when coupled with one of the specially designed
auger or draper headers, provides a package which incorporates many features and improvements in design.
Use this manual as your rst source of information about the machine. Use the Table of Contents and the Index to
guide you to specic areas. Study the Tab le of Contents to familiarize yo urse lf with ho w the mate r ial is organize d.
If you follow the instructions given here, your M105 Windrower w ill work well for many years.
Use this manual in conjunction with your header operator's manual.
