for details.
Buttons
Execute: Make the input data valid.
Cancel: Cancel the input data.
Exit: Exit this command.

TK: Assigned Trunk Number
LENS: Line Equipment Number
STATUS: Data Entry Result
OK=Data Assignment is successful
