Media print modes
A media family has one or two factory defined media print modes:
• HighSpeed: media print mode for high print speed. This media print mode is not available for
coated media families.
• SpecialtySpeed: media print mode for lower print speed. This media print mode is available for
all media families.
The operator can select the required media print mode in the job properties, in automated
workflows, in transaction setups and in job tickets.
You can copy one of the default media print modes and adjust a small part of the media print
mode parameters.
