Cause
The detected media size deviates from the media size attribute. To
solve sentry rejections in next jobs, check that the media size you
loaded is according to the media size attribute in the media catalog.
The detected media height of one or more sheets is larger than the
print gap configured in the media print mode. To solve sentry rejec-
tions in next jobs, increase the minimum print gap parameter of the
media print mode. Add the value displayed in the symbol to the
current value of the minimum print gap parameter.
Supported values: 100 μm, 200 μm, 300 μm, 400 μm
The detected media height of one or more sheets is much larger
than the print gap configured in the media print mode. The media
sheets probably had dog ears or other major malformations. To
solve sentry rejections in next jobs, examine the media sheets in
the paper tray.

Open the sentry rejections overview
1. Go to the control panel.
2. Press the paper tray button at the right-hand side of the control panel or touch [Trays].
3. Touch [Sentry].
4. Read the overview.
5. Touch to close the overview.
