6.3.6.5 snmptrap <name> <ipAddr|ipv6Addr|hostname>
This command adds an SNMP trap name. The maximum length of the name is 16 case-sensitive
alphanumeric characters.
Syntax
snmptrap <name> <ipAddr|ipv6Addr|hostname> { port <port> | snmpversion <snmpversion> }
no snmptrap <name> <ipAddr|ipv6Addr|hostname>
<name> - SNMP trap name (Range: up to 16 case-sensitive alphanumeric characters).
<ipAddr|ipv6Addr|hostname> - an IPv4 or IPv6 address or hostname of the trap receiver.
<port> - SNMP trap port number.
<snmpversion> - SNMP trap version.
no - This command deletes trap receivers.
