This command reads the x-values of the selected trace.
Suffix:

<TraceNumber> TRACE1 | TRACE2 | TRACE3 | TRACE4 | TRACE5 | TRACE6
Trace number
Example:
TRACe:DATA:X? TRACE1
Returns the x-values for trace 1.
