4. Ifdesired,selectavalueforthePartition Drive Failure Thresholdfrom
thedrop‐downlist.Thisistheonlyconfigurablecriticalevent.
Youcanspecifythethresholdforthenumberoffaileddrivesina
partitionthatcausesanAutoSupportticketrequesttobegenerated.
Thethresholdisapercentageofdrivesassignedtothepartition.You
canselect25%or50%;thedefaultis50%.Thethresholdappliestoall
partitionsinthelibrary.
5. ClickSavetosaveyourchanges orclickPrevioustoreturntothemain
AutoSupportscreenwithoutsavingyourchanges.
Afteryourchangesaresaved,theAutoSupportCriticalAlarm
Configurationscreenredisplayswithaconfirmationmessage.
6. ClickPrevioustoreturntothemainAutoSupportscreen.
Configure Log Set Forwarding
Logforwardingisenabledbydefaultfromthefactory.Thisisamonthly
logsetthatisforwardedtoSpectraLogicfordatacollection.Noactionis
takenbySpectraLogicTechnicalSupportforaparticularlibrarywhenthe
logsetisreceived,butthedataisparsedandstoredinourdatabaseto
betterunderstandourfieldpopulationandhowthelibraryisusedand
howitcanbeimproved.
