Set o3-02 = 1 [Enabled] and backup again.

Mismatch
The power supply specifications or
drive capacity parameter settings are
different between the keypad and the
drive.
1. Make sure that drive model and the value set in
o2-04 [Drive Model (KVA) Selection] are the
same.
2. Restore the parameters.

vFyE Parameters do not Match The parameters that are backed up in the
keypad and the parameters in the drive
are not the same.
1. Restore or backup the parameter again.
2. Verify the parameters.
