FER measurement results are returned in the following order: integrity, confidence limit
pass/fail result, frame error ratio, frame error count, frames tested.

Measurement results are returned in the following order: integrity, average channel power.
If the multi-measurement state is on, the result represents the average of a number of channel
power measurements. Multi-measurement state, by default, is off. To set up
multi-measurements, see SETup:CPOWer:COUNt[:SNUMber] .
