FER measurement results are returned in the following order: integrity,TX spurious emission
pass/fail result, lower adjacent channel (-0.885 or -1.25 MHz) average spurious emissions, upper
adjacent channel (+0.885 or +1.25 MHz) average spurious emissions, lower alternate channel
(-1.98 MHz) average spurious emissions, upper alternate channel (+1.98 MHz) average spurious
emissions.
