Move Abs./Rel.
This command enables you to move the sample to an absolute or
position relative to the current position via the Absolute/Relative Move
dialog box shown in
Figure 4-54 on page 4-51.

Define
The Define command defines a location as the zero location for the user
counters. Then, when the mouse is over the video handset, it shows the
position (relative to the zero) in the left side of the status bar (bottom of
the NanoSuite screen).
Objective
This submenu is used to set the correct objective lens currently in use. It
does not affect the motion of the tables. The Objective command is
used to toggle between objectives, change an objective, add or delete an
objective, and calibrate an objective, as shown in
Figure 4-55 on
page 4-52.
