By using the Plus / Up arrow key (+ /) or the Minus / Down
arrow key (- /) the Hrm BLK Mode can be set i.e. Disabled
/ 2nd Hrm / 2nd Hrm & 4th Hrm.
Note: when set as 2nd Hrm & 4th Hrm
Press the Minus / Down arrow key (- /) to move to the next
option.

Range 5 – 70 %

By using the Plus / Up arrow key (+ /) or the Minus / Down
arrow key (- /) the 2nd Hrm Threshold can be set.
The setting range is from 5 to 70% in step of 1%.
Press the Minus / Down arrow key (- /) to move to the next
option.
