Clearing a Preset is not always a necessary measure to take due to the number of Presets
available in the system. However the ability to remove a preset from memory is
sometimes desired.

D.2.13 Get Number of Events
Due to the nature of getting the Power Supply Event information, this web service is
necessary to be called before any request to get the Event History. This service will simply
return the total number of Events that the Power Supply has stored in its memory.
