USB setup instructions are found in Appendix B, starting on page 165.
Lynx Setup for Administrators and Users
Initially, there is only one 'User' in the system, named administrator. Later, additional
Users can be added to have access to the Lynx using the Security feature.
The Administrator and other Users access the Lynx system in the same manner.
Lynx Menu parameters are grouped by relative purpose: some for system Setup, some
for Acquisition Setup or Calibration, and some for Maintenance. Security settings can
be applied to limit certain users from accessing certain Lynx Menu options.
All Lynx Menu options are covered fully in Chapter 4. Those limited to administrative
setup and operation are discussed as needed in this chapter.
