All Lynx web site users have a variety of features and controls they may use on an ex
-
isting input configuration and its display, without affecting its configuration. This al
-
lows numerous Users to interact with a setup for their specific needs.
Control, Feature or Option Summary Explanation
Input Source selection
You may have one or two Acquisition Input
Definition(s), and may switch between them, to
interact with the Lynx DSA data on each
Input source Memory Group
selection
You may choose each Input Source's Memory
Group to control its spectrum
Data Lock/Unlock of an Input
with your parameter settings
You may 'lock' the Input (e.g., keep your ROIs)
to minimize unexpected setup changes in a
shared environment
Manual Frame Resizing
Resize the frames as displayed by your browser
using regular browser tools
Manual Re-Scaling of Y-Axis
Change the Y-Axis scale or view to change the
amplitude of your plotted output
Acquisition Display Color options
Set or change the on-screen display to improve
viewability using color choices
Display Grid and Labeling options
Set or change your preferences to display Unit
Labeling and a Grid on your display
Acquisition Plot and Scale options
Set or change the Plot mode (switch between
linear or logarithmic) and Input Source type
Spectrum Auto-Scale option
Enable or disable Automatic Scaling of an ac
-
quisition (based on cursor) to provide a
more-visible spectrum as it accumulates
Acquisition Start/Stop control
Set the Acquisition to Start/Accumulate,
or to Stop acquiring data points
Acquisition Clear (or Restart) control
Clear the existing acquired spectral display
Manual Acquisition Zoom
(X-axis) controls
Change the X-Axis scale or view to focus on Re
-
gion of Interest in your spectral display
Acquisition Markers data
A listing of your Input Marker parameters and
results is provided:
Left, Right, Centroid, Area, FWHM and FWTM,
Gaussian Ratio, ROI type, and Integral value
