External Advance
You may affect the MCS's External Advance settings using these options.
Channel Mode
External Channel Advance mode, to enable or disable external channel advance.
Channel Polarity
External Channel Advance Polarity, to set the polarity (positive or negative) of
this signal.
Sweep Mode
External Sweep Advance mode, enables or disables External Sweep Advance.
Sweep Polarity
External Sweep Advance polarity, to select the polarity (positive or negative) of
this signal.
Counters
MCA Settings | Counters allows you to enable/disable, and set up the use of the aux-
iliary counters for an acquisition, and to display Count data in near-real-time.
Important Do NOT access this webpage when collecting Auxiliary
Counter data with the Lynx Programming Libraries, as doing
so can cause a loss of Library data. The enabled Counters
page will remove buffered data in order to display it. This
removed data will then no longer be accessible from the
programming library.
