Započinjanje vježbanja
Kada ste završili sa unosom zadatih vrijednosti, simbol za program trepće na
displeju. Program vježbanja startate prtiskanjem tipke ST/SP i započet ćete
vježbanje.
Program vježbanja započinje na 6. stupnju za sve vremenske cjeline.
Opterećenje možete smanjivati za 5, a povećavati za 10 stupnjeva.
Podešavanje programa tijekom vježbanja
Stupanj opterećenja možete tijekom trajanja vježbanja smanjivati ili poveća-
vati. Kada se opterećenje promijeni to se prikaže na displeju računala.
Srčani puls kontrolirajte preko brzine okretanja pedala ili razine otpora.
