Tura (P 2)
Program treniranja započinje na 6. nivou opterećenja u prvom vremenskom
intervalu.
Tokom treninga možete da otpor smanjite za 5 nivoa ili da ga povećate za
6 nivoa. Osnovni profil odnosa vremena i otpora u programu treniranja neće
se time promeniti.
Prelaz (P 3)
Program treniranja započinje na 10. nivou opterećenja u prvom vremenskom
intervalu.
Tokom treninga možete da otpor smanjite za 1 nivo ili da ga povećate za
6 nivoa. Osnovni profil odnosa vremena i otpora u programu treniranja neće
se time promeniti.
