4.5.7 Paper Jams on the Duplex Unit
Following describes how to remedy paper jams that occur on the duplex unit.
Procedure
1
Open the Tray 5 (Bypass Tray) and
gently open the duplex unit cover.

Remove the jammed paper.
If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of paper inside
the machine.
3
Close the duplex unit cover, and lift up
tray 5 (Bypass Tray).
