System Administration Mode Settings
System Settings
System Settings groups together five features Common Settings, Copy Mode Set-
tings, Network Settings, Print Mode Settings and Scan Mode Settings. The default
settings of each of these features can be changed.

Common Settings
This feature is for making settings relating to the system date/timer, audio tones, screen defaults, paper/
trays attributes, printing priority, image quality Adjustment, reports, initialize hard disk, and other
hardware specification related settings.

Copy Mode Settings
This feature is for setting the default values for each of the copy feature settings, copy control, and
how buttons are displayed.
●
Network Settings
This feature is for setting the communications port, protocol and other settings.
●
Print Mode Settings
This feature is for setting memory assignments and printer operation.
●
Scan Mode Settings
This feature is for setting scanner default settings and how buttons are displayed.
