Is the Drum Cartridge installed properly, with no foreign
substances at the contact point between the CRUM in the
TONER CARTRIDGE and the CONNECTOR ASSY-CRUM
TONER?
Go to Step 2.
Reinstall the
TONER CAR-
TRIDGE

Check the TONER CARTRIDGE
Is the TONER CARTRIDGE, which is installed in the
device, a genuine product?
Go to Step 3.
Replace the
TONER CAR-
TRIDGE with a
genuine prod-
uct

Check the CRUM part of the TONER CARTRIDGE
Is the connection terminal of the CRUM part in the TONER
CARTRIDGE damaged?
Replace the
