Check the LVPS FAN operation
Execute the Diag Digital Output [042-003] to check the
rotation of the LVPS FAN.
Is it working properly?
Replace the
PWBA MCU.
(REP 18.2)
Go to Step 2.

Check the installation of the LVPS FAN
Manually rotate the LVPS FAN.Is there any loading?
Reinstall the LVPS
FAN properly
Go to Step 3.

Check connector connection
Check the connection between the LVPS FAN and
LVPS, as well as between the PWB LVPS and PWBA
MCU.
Are the LVPS FAN (P/J241) and the HARNESS ASSY
LV (P/J220-P/J22) connected securely?
Go to Step 4.
Securely connect
the LVPS FAN
(P/J241) and the
HARNESS ASSY
LV
(P/J220-P/J22)

Check after replacing the LVPS FAN
Replace the LVPS FAN.
Does an error occur?
Go to Step 5. End of work.

Check after replacing the HARNESS ASSY LV
Replace the HARNESS ASSY LV.
Does an error occur?
Go to Step 6. End of work.

Check after replacing the PWB LVPS
Replace the PWB LVPS. (REP 18.4)
Does an error occur?
